A wary but watchful eye is being kept on House Joint Resolution 1037 by the Oklahoma Bar Association that would require the state’s appellate judges, which include Supreme Court justices, to campaign for office. Oklahoma’s Supreme Court and the Courts of Civil and Criminal Appeals are affected under the resolution.
